Greg has worked for more than 22 years in the food & beverage industry and held various positions from start-ups to contract food service operations at Genesis Healthcare and Compass Group. Former positions held at McCormick Spice Co, Dave & Busters, Suncadia Resort and Ted's Montana Grill. My last job before going out on my own was Senior Director of of Operations at Kizuki Ramen & Izakaya.

After working in hospitality for many years around the United States and the world Greg wants to share his knowledge to help others grow and become more successful.

Mint has worked for more than 18 years in the finance and public accounting and held various positions from start-ups to multinational companies like Microsoft, PwC, Philips and Boeing
